Account Registration and Management

Your Obligations Regarding Account Information

• You must keep your registration details accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account promptly.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 6u666 support immediately by email at [email protected].
• 6u666 reserves the right to lock an account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected. We will notify the account holder as soon as it is reasonably practicable to do so.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your 6u666 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to your verified payment method.

• All pending bets and wagers will be settled before account closure is finalised.
• Bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be removed.
• Real money balances will be returned via your verified payment method within standard processing times.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6u666 are subject to the terms set out in this section. 6u666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform. Players must use their own verified payment accounts and may not use payment methods registered to third parties.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Minimum deposit via Visa and Mastercard is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 6u666 account in real time for bKash and Nagad. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance.
• 6u666 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment account must match the name on your 6u666 account. Deposits from mismatched accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• 6u666 reserves the right to impose temporary deposit limits on accounts that display patterns consistent with problem gambling. These limits are applied as a responsible gaming measure and may not be increased without a cooling-off period.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. 6u666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including the use of different names, addresses, or payment methods to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to standard human players.
• Colluding with other players, match fixing, or engaging in any form of coordinated strategy designed to defraud 6u666 or other players on the Platform.

6u666 employs active fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity forfeits all balances held in their account at the time of detection, including both real money and bonus funds.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

6u666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where suspension is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 6u666 following a withdrawal request or other trigger event.
• Provision of false, misleading, or outdated personal information during registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
• Any behaviour that 6u666 reasonably considers abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other players or toward 6u666 staff or systems.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6u666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. 6u666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6u666 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occasionally cause temporary unavailability. 6u666 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform, regardless of cause.

Amendments to These Terms

6u666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6u666 will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support at [email protected].
